At Olievia, we want you to love your hair and skin care products. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it.

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Timeframe: You have 7 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any item that has been opened, tested, or used, even once.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
  • Gift Cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We pack our orders with care, but accidents happen during transit.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Evidence: You must send an email to [Insert Email] with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

4. Allergic Reactions

We list all ingredients on our website/packaging. We encourage customers to read ingredients carefully and perform a patch test before full use.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that cause an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity, as individual skin types vary.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [Insert Days, e.g., 5-10] business days.
    • Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: If you paid via COD, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund amount.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (and it is unopened), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged), Olievia will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled.
